OK, first I have to admit Hot Tuna – I can’t stand the stuff! Frankly, I don’t like cold tuna or any other fishy tasting stuff.
I went looking for a recipe but did find anything to that appealed to me. I guess when you don’t like something it’s difficult to get excited about it. The challenges – there is the tuna thing but I suppose it won’t be tuna casserole without it, and then there is the Cambpell’s® Cream of Mushroom Soup that every recipe seemed to call for and I don’t use canned soups. Macaroni and Cheese is a perfect compliment to a wide variety of dishes – but I have to admit I like it all by itself. The other thing I have to admit is that, coming from a family of starch-mongers, I grew up eating macaroni and cheese with a slice of bread and butter. Ugh!
